The 5 Step Adoption Process:
1. Awareness
- An individual consumer becomes aware of a product, but knows only limited information regarding it.
2. Interest
- In this stage the, the consumer becomes interested in the product and tries to collect more information about it.
- They try to know the about the qualities and features of the product.
3. Evaluation
- The consumer considers all the significant aspects of the product, and decides whether or not to test the product.
4. Trial
- Consumer is ready to try or test the product by testing it's use, and examining it.
5. Adoption
- If the trial produces satisfactory results, the consumer will decide if they want to be regular buyers of the product.
